Charging & Booking

Log into your account, search for a location, and click "Book Now" to reserve a charger.

Yes, you can cancel up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time with no penalty.

Your session may be auto-cancelled after a 10-minute grace period to ensure fair usage.

Account & Billing

Go to your dashboard → Billing Settings → Update Card.

We offer both pay-as-you-go and membership plans. View our Membership page for details.

Visit your dashboard and click on "Charging History" to see all past sessions.
