EVoltz provides EV drivers with a platform to locate, reserve, and manage charging sessions across Ireland. By using EVoltz, you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 or older and legally permitted to operate a vehicle in Ireland. A valid email and payment method are required to register.

3. Booking and Charging

• All bookings must be honored within 10 minutes of start time or will be auto-canceled.
• Users are expected to vacate charging points once charging is complete.
• Any misuse of booking privileges may result in penalties or account suspension.

4. Payments

All payments are securely handled via our third-party payment processor. EVoltz offers pay-as-you-go and membership options, which may be subject to periodic changes and user notification.

5. User Obligations

• Respect all station host property and local parking regulations.
• Use the chargers responsibly and report any issues to support.
• Abuse, fraud, or violation of local laws will result in termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

EVoltz is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the use or inability to use our platform, including missed bookings or charger malfunctions.

7. Data Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data to provide services, enhance platform security, and communicate essential updates.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of EVoltz constitutes agreement to updated terms.
